"High turnover rate because of favoritism, nepotism, and incompetence among top leadership. It's clear some people at the top and in management got their job because they are close friends with the CEO. Too many people at the top are unqualified to be there and don't have leadership skills. Communication is horrible, especially when it came to Covid. A lot of arbitrary conflicting rules were put in place and people in the office still got Covid. Leadership didn't enforce proper mask-wearing. There are lots of cliques and silos. Like other reviewers have said HR is a joke. If you have an issue with a colleague or manager, good luck, you're on your own. The company was sued this year by a former employee for violating CA labor laws and settled. Google it, it's public information. I hung in there as long as I could, and while there were a few people I worked with who are very talented and I highly respect, in the end, I decided to leave. I had to think about my career and there are better run companies out there."
