The new technical management is inexperienced and more concerned about their own declining compensation (they were all part of a company Millennial bought and their equity was turned into tumbling MM stock) than the morale and state of the engineering team that existed before the acquisition."

Prior to my starting there, they had a round of management cuts and reorganizations. This past December millennial acquired (or was it a non-hostile takeover) jumptap, and the management structure changed again, not necessarily for the better). The original CEO recently stepped down and has been replaced with an outsider as well."
