"I was the only one programmer, which allowed me to be self reliant. It gave me a new level of responsibility, because all software stud on my shoulders. Flexible hours, work from home, I loved working with my boss, and all the employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Honestly, no suggestions. I was making less that other jobs, but I really was happy."
