"Experience and certification go a long way. If you are unsure of a subject the students will know and pick up on it. once that happens you lose the class and it is an uphill battle to get them back."

"Hours and long time separation from family members extremely hard on my home life."

"A person should lead by example. If people trust you and your actions you never have to bring your job title into the conversation."
