"I liked being able to build relationships with the regulars, and I also enjoyed trying to figure out a way to resolve any issues that came about in such a way that was beneficial to both the customer and the company."

"Show that you care about the customers above all else. The customer is the life blood of this company."

What don't you like about working at Milio's Sandwiches?

"I did not like that sometimes the company made it hard to achieve goals, as in there were certain situations that the company would want a specific goal achieved but not provide me with the correct tools and resources to complete it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion is to open up the flow of communication more. The more communication there is between upper management and lower management will provide a bigger amount of bigger trust and loyalty to the company."
