"The interview process is long and drawn out for a reason. It takes a lot to get through so keep fighting because it will be worth it."

"The work environment isn't as relaxed as it should be sometimes because of many tasks piling up when trying to focus on a single task."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"No suggestions because everything is great. Just a note to always respect the software developer position because of all of the new challenges that they face everyday. Certain projects should be done in pairs (actually sitting next to each other) to meet deadlines easier and learn from each other better."
