"I have been there a long time. I was the second sales rep hired and it was a pleasure being part of the growth. They had upwards of 20 reps throughout the area and I enjoyed managing some of the southern area reps."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Expect a very low base salary."

What don't you like about working at Miles Technologies?

"Commision Plan has changed for the worse. Cut all salaries over 50%."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Re-work the commision plan as it was in the past, so the Account Executives can build long term relationships with clients and make money for the company and their families."
