"Terrible dealership, their locations are run down, moldy, dirty and probably unhealthy! I actually worked there for 8 years, terrible management that "spoon feeds" only their chosen few. Flooded floors full of all the used car washouts you would expect to see in the 1970's (all their training is also based on 1970s sales techniques) you'll devote your human life to them 55+hours a week you'll get to work early and might get one up a week battling others on the tape. After having my eyes opened to other dealers it was like leaving the Salvation Army and into Nordstrom. It wasn't always so bad, but after the top management burned through so many people it wasn't the same company anymore. Save yourself a lot of time and sanity and check out all the other dealers you can. Nothing ever gets done at the time of the sale, service finance and detail will never communicate unless you badger every department until your tiny paycheck comes."

"Treat your employees the same and with respect. Do not scold someone for not selling something especially when they haven't been fully trained."
