"Must have high energy and a tolerance for calling people on the phone. Must have a thick skin to tolerate metrics and a manager that says one thing and yet does another."
What don't you like about working at The Mike Ferry Organization?
"The immediate management at the time had no experience. Told her father one thing while telling us something different. If the management applied what her father and his wife taught... then the company would excel in all areas. OTherwise, didn't like that they moved to Las Vegas from Irvine, CA. I would still be working for them."

"See above. Apply the system in all aspects and be honest with the owner and his wife."
