What do you like about working at Midwest Products?

"I liked working at Midwest Educational Products because it was challenging but with a relaxed environment. The corporate culture was one of empowering and trusting employees and everyone was expected to have a strong morals and be honest. In return, everyone was treated with respect and treated equally. There was no such thing as dumb questions so everyone was encouraged to make suggestions without fear of ridicule. Mistakes were not mistakes unless they were repeated. They were learning experiences. Overall, one of the best companies I have worked for in my career."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would suggest that anyone interviewing must be able to work in an environment where you are trusted to do your best work without being guided every step. Its a great place to learn and grow."

What don't you like about working at Midwest Products?

"There was literally nothing I did not like about working at Midwest. Anything that I did not like was not that significant and I did not let it bother me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The key suggestion I would make to management would be to not be so involved in everyones daily activities. We had a staff of very talented people who worked better without being micromanaged."
