"The professional growth opportunities were excellent. I started as a driver. I relocated six times establishing myself as an excellent operator and problem solver finally obtaining a Regional Managers position in charge of five service centers in Illinois."

"The executive staff was resistant to suggestions from middle management, lacked reliable decision making abilities and did not adequately compensate its talent for accomplishment and sacrifice."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's a little late now since they have closed, however I consistantly pushed for additional security, asset protection investments, and a willingness to perform preventitive maintanence on equipment. It seemed as if the executive staff would step over a dollar to save a dime, and either arrogance or ignorance inhibitted their ability to accept consultation from middle management."
