"I started working with the center for teaching and learning (CTLR) of Middlebury College in 2017. I was first a calculus tutor for two years, then a calculus and linear algebra tutor and an academic consultant. I really enjoyed working with my supervisors and helping students reach their full potential through mentoring and tutoring. The CTLR is accommodating and always open to the student workers' suggestions and ideas to advance learning at Middlebury College."

"I worked at Middlebury College for 10 months. I enjoyed my work but my schedule varied from 11pm-7am to 3-11pm, with some day shifts. I found myself in a fog with the up and down shift changes, if I could have a steadier schedule I would still be there. Friendly coworkers and nice supervisors, I would still recommend working there to a friend."
