"I wasnt going to review but I saw others that I believed fit the company to a T. Really enjoyed my co-workers. Hard, diligent workers who care about their co-workers and clients."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Wait until management turns over. If not, dont work here."

What don't you like about working at Wave2Wave Communications?

"Absolutely hated senior management. They only cared about enriching themselves and lining their pockets. The company almost went public and everyone was able to see what the founder was taking for himself. I couldnt wait to leave. Been downhill since then."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have a vision and a plan for the company not just yourself.Only way this company could survive is if the managers all took 6 months of classes on how to manage people and cash flow."
