The main focus of the organization is to act as a resource for the community and thus adapts its mission to ensure that it can meet community needs. These needs are filled by generating a robust collection of materials so that customers can access relevant information, as well as developing programs and classes to educate the public in areas that are relevant. This community focused environment is largely what I enjoy about working at MCPL."
