"I liked the enviroment and the face pace of the office. I also liked the end postion and the fact that the advancement opertunities were very quickly obtained by me and that I had the options to advance."

"If you can handle starting at the bottom and working in the heat and working really hard you can advance in this company."
What don't you like about working at Mid-America Door?
"There was nothing I did not like about the company. I moved out of state that is why I no longer work there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The only suggestion I would have for the management is that they need to communicate more and work a little better with other departments. Just becasue you can sell it to a customer does not mean that your manft. dept can get it built in a rediculouse amount of time and that your transportation department can get it delivered as quickly as they would like."
