"You have to really fight for what you want, sometimes they'll give in. In regards to pay and putting forth extra effort and never getting recognized."

"They never gave the training we needed, money was not what the other companies were paying, no potential growth with the company, didn't really seem to care for their employees, communication between employees and the company itself was horrible"
