"management is unrealistic and out of touch, and unwilling to tackle the difficult questions. As such, everything is an emergency, and always in reactive mode. Problems are never prevented, only dealt with after they become problems"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be active, not reactive; actually use the software, and avoid wishful thinking."
