"Worked at MicroPact from Oct 2013-2014. Excellent project management and BA leadership in Professional Services. New business unit model introduced in mid-2014 adversely affects resource allocation and professional development for individuals who transfer out of Professional Services. Below-market salaries offered to all applicants with offset of full health coverage paid by company; but limited coverage provided. Lots of turnover in application engineering. Most of executive management have long-term personal relationship with owner and there is not much diversity in leadership down to Director level (most are white males). While telework is prominently mentioned during hiring and on their site, it is not guaranteed and is considered a "privilege" by some mid-managers rather than an aspect of employment negotiation. YMMV; the content of the work was very interesting and the federal clients were wonderful."
