"Get a tour of the facility. It will show you the quality and pride the company and employees are dedicated to. This company hires not only on qualification, but on personality as well. I have never worked for a company where everyone meshed so well professionally and personally. It is truely a no-drama environment."

What don't you like about working at Micro Plastics?

"As with all molding jobs these days; the work flow is sporatic and job security ebbs with that flow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management there has it all together. They have worked their way into their positions from the ground up. They know intimately what each employee position needs and does. They have enough confidence in their employees to let them do their job without the pressure of micro-managing superiors hanging overhead."
