"Miche has experienced tremendous growth and had difficulty sustaining their representative base. They experienced a very large number of layoffs in 2012-2014 as well as a complete overhaul in their executive staff. I was one of the casualties during 2013. I've maintained a relationship with them and wouldn't be opposed to working for them in the future."
"I have worked for Miche for over 4 years. I have loved this company and enjoyed working for them. It is a great work environment with a great culture. I am saddened to be having to look for another job, but the stability of the company is facilitating my need to look. I would continue to work for them if they were more stable."
