"Must be able to work in an environment that is not very mature from a process standpoint and will have to work with limited resources that are not very skill. Be ready for the crisis of the day."

"Private equity owner, outsourcing on a large scale, lack of talent, lack of funding, lack of standards and defined process. Michaels tries to do everything on the cheap and wants everything for free."
