Other than a few departments, career growth is very difficult, especially in IT. Senior management seem distant from reality at times. Great stepping stone for short term."

"I've worked for Michael Kors since January 2014. I have not enjoyed working there as my job is extremely stressful involving dealing with an offshore project whose work culture is different and the local environment is not a very productive one with too many meetings and very little time to innovate and think. While my boss is a decent person, he is not a very engaging and is frequently upset, angry and stressed out. It is not a fun environment and the work hours leave little time for life."
