"Unless you are related to the boss, you are nothing. And will never be anything here. The management is stuck in their old ways. They will take work off from one machine, knowing that it may cause a setup error on another machine, and give it to their family and friends to get their overtime. 6 site leaders in 3 years. That is bad. Brothers work side by side. And rules only apply to a few."
