"Absolutely nothing. It presents its self as be exclusive but it is just a lot of dead wood working there who can't handle doing innovative work"

"Don't bother unless you are interested in working for a place that is two-faced and you are willing not to trust your management."

"Their motto is practice the golden rule which management does not do. File a complaint about your manager and wow you're position is eliminated."

"They need a local CEO with strong experience and is willing to get rid of some of his friends for people who want to work and improve the company."

"Corporate office does not give the needed support. Very difficult to communicate with upper management. Compensation is not sufficient for the amount of work required"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Update compensation plan to correlate with todays market. Loan officers are grossly under paid. Each market warrants different pay scales for all positions based on difficulty of loans."
