"A company of mostly high professionals. The company suffers from the same issue as most small, after 8A companies in that everything is based contract to contract. The need for workers change drastically depending on the work they win. If you go in understanding you are being hired for a particular project and when that project ends you might need to find new employment you should be fine. They make an effort to fine you a new project but that is not always possible."
