"Technology is outdated and often causes issues that in turn have a negative impact on retention. With me being at the center of retention, I want tools that work. This is an extremely big issue with my current workplace. Also, a lot of things happen without including major stakeholders in important decisions. Feels like things happen to us without including us and receiving our valuable input. The morale is currently very low."
