"Metrom-Rail is a great place to work. At times the lack of managerial structure is missing, but all in all if you are goal oriented you can thrive. My only problem is the current facility is dated and sometimes too small for the tasks at hand. There are a few undesirable characters working there and they're in positions where they're not going anywhere."
