"Have been here 3 years. Changed jobs from FlightSafety, Int'l to come here. Currently have 7 years of simulation experience. Pay is highest I've ever found w/o including being with UPS for 5 years as you top out above $50.00/hr then. Unrivaled benefits, insurance completely paid by the company and not deducted from your pay. The main techs who have been here the longest are extremely talented. With that said you must be very proficient at your job if you even hope to be hired here. I'm lucky to have an unusual capability to absorb higher level technicians knowledge and abilities after being amongst them for a short period of time. This has allowed me to grow exponentially in my career. I have been told that I can be very intimidating for a technician who possesses only 7 years in the field. I love working here. I feel like I'm a contributor, and everyday you're given the same opportunities as everyone else to be ordinary or give just a little extra. My supervisor is what you'd call a leader. Not just a boss. That is a rare quality to come across in any line of work. The start out pay here exceeds the average salary quoted on the site by nearly 23%. With room to grow every year. I've been able to increase my pay from starting out with FlightSafety years ago as an Apprentice Technician (even though I held a degree in Avionics) by 236%. Sounds like a false statement however by coming here it doubled my original salary. On top of the raises earned the past 3 years it pushes it up another 36%. Don't let averages of a website make you believe that's the best or perhaps the most likely you'll receive. If you're an average person become better. Work harder. It will become the foundation for future jobs which will pay "you" for your abilities and excellence which you bring to the team. Trust me."
