"The interview process is lax for a reason. Make absolutely sure this is the place you want to work before you accept any position offered. You will receive a low-ball offer. Do not take it, because you will not receive any kind of raise to bring you up to what you should be making."

"Fund your projects. The company will fail if the special projects that you deem are the future of the company are not properly funded."
