"Worst job I've ever had. Disfunctional from top to bottom."

What do you like about working at Meteorcomm?

"My co-workers were extremely kind and very nice to work with."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be in love with processes that move at glacial speed."

What don't you like about working at Meteorcomm?

"I worked there for 6 months, and during that time we never had a functioning, internal source control system. IT was in shambles, without having anything resembling policy or a communication plan. Management was completely out of touch. A lot like working in an extremely baroque government agency, I would imagine, but without the perks of consistency or a communicable plan."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to make it so that your average employee can speak to another employee in a different department before kicking the political football up and over 7 people."
