"Don't go into this looking to have a career at FIS. While there are many who have been with the company for a very long time, the culture is now geared more toward a temporary work force. They have a reduction in force on average once every 3 years."

"Personal success was steadily rewarded less, and there is a distinct divide between management and employees."

"Treat employees with respect, communicate honestly and with integrity, and find a way to reward quality."

"As we grew so big, our processes could not keep up with the changing demands."
