"Working for Metalcrafters was great. You're part of a team that builds prototype cars that eventually end up in the market place. You also get to work with the top talent in the industry."

"Be prepared to look for a job after one build season. They have a very high turnover rate."

What don't you like about working at Metalcrafters?

"The long hours, poor planning, and the racisim. The owners of the company were foreigners and they treated everyone that wasn't from their country very poorly. On the otherhand if you were one of them you received preferential treatment."

"I would advise they run their company professionally and have some consideration for the people that make the company and their products great."
