"I've worked with Metagenics since 2017. I believe in their hope for humanity to refocus on health through personalized functional medicine approaches. I think they create meaningful products (vitamins and medical foods) and their future goal is to create their own medical clinics that are patient focused. That being said, the marketing and IT departments I worked with require a lot of growth to become as good as the product they sell. Leadership is lacking and strategy and marketing analytics have not been given enough time and importance. Without a strong leadership, the data infrastructure has been built out haphazardly, making it near impossible to review clean data."
