"The best, most innovative boss I have ever worked for."

What do you like about working at Merrill Corporation?

"This was my first HR position and I learned a tremendous amount. The manager that I had was fun, full of trust for his employees and a strong leader."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Always be yourself. You will never happy if you try to conform to what you believe they are looking for,"

What don't you like about working at Merrill Corporation?

"The hours were difficult to maintain. The company was in the financial printing industry and I would go into work at 8am leave at 3am, go home and sleep for a few hours and come back and do it again. It was the 90s and the financial industry was booming."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It has been so long since I worked there but the company was innovative and I still use and speak to their guiding principals to this day. Thanks."
