"That I had training for other departments."

"That I didn't get to work in any other departments. I was sold on becoming a partner but they tried to make me a secretary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more moral and treat others fairly. It is a good place to work, it's just the two guys I worked for dissolved their partnership and I was left high and dry."
