"I worked for Merlin Entertainments at Legoland Discovery Center Michigan for approximately 7 months, beginning with its grand opening. What started off as a fun and fulfilling job rapidly degraded into an abusive, toxic environment. The operations manager used excessive profanity in the backroom, routinely ignored safety concerns, and even blamed the guests for negative reviews. Quote: "If those damned autistic people would stop giving us s*** reviews, we wouldn't be doing so badly." Multiple employees were terminated a few weeks after witnessing that incident."
