"The leadership is volotile, and unpredicatable. Every day is a new desperate direction. Long term vision is non existent. Only short term sales are important. The product is over priced, then steeply discounted to generate short term sales. Management does not trust the employees in any respect. Management does not respect employees."

"Invest in empowering your people to make decisions in building client relationships.Develop short, medium and long term sales strategies.Engage in modern mangement habits such as asking for associates opinions, and intellectual contributions. Allow sales Team to work together on goals, yet allow individuals to see a project through to the conclusion. Trust your people. Value your people."
