"This company looks good on paper and will promise you the moon, however, once onboard, the balls stops rolling."

What don't you like about working at Merit Mechanical?

"There was a total lack of training / mentoring. The sales department was not a team...Relationship's existed with the environment that were nepotistic and set-up new sales person's for inevitable failure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not depend on employees to do your new hire training. There is an underlying conflict of interest that exists that completely undermines the success of new hires...There was a lack of information disclosure and support for the technical aspect of the job. Do not throw in with the employees...friendships in the office place are great, however, there are ethical boundaries."
