"This was a very challenging work environment that it was very rewarding to work there right out of college. I learned a tremendous amount about high tech module and system electrical design. Unfortunately a series of cooperate management decisions lead the company to stagnation over the past several years and to my knowledge they have not yet recovered. The new CEO has done little to nothing to turn the company around despite vigorous efforts to re-brand the company."

"Ask a lot of questions regarding the job you are applying for, and do a lot of company research."

What don't you like about working at Mercury Computer Systems?

"Upper management focused too much on defense projects. Middle management needed to be more involved."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better balance between commercial and defense. The projects did not go into production soon enough."

"I was the only person doing development. So I was able to do the right thing in the right situation."

"It's a solid company, they take care of you but you have to work for it."

"The culture is dead, a lot of older people are working there."

"Hire young blood if you want to breath some life back into the company."
