Merchants Metals Employee

"I’ve worked for Merchants Metals since 2018. Minimal Support for employees. Training is also minimal for all new hires. There are limited SOP or structure within the Facilities. Poor support from Leadership Team. Same rhetoric of offering to assist but no results. Employees are overworked and work in very poor work conditions."
