"The company is creating good Product lines, but with poor quality. The leadership is absolutely terrible. They have the mindset of hiring inexperienced people or not being very forthcoming in the expectation. When you start the job doesn't fit what you've interviewed for and you find yourself being placed in a position of feeling like a deer in headlights. It's very uncomfortable. There is no on-boarding process so your sort of tossed in the ocean without them even knowing if you can swim or providing a lifeguard. Leadership has no direction and just want to take in kudos from the labor of their employees. You never get a raise no matter how hard you work or your performance. If you're looking for growth and opportunity, this should not be the place of choice. The turnover is extremely high and they have a no care attitude of letting their knowledgeable, tenured talent just walk out the door. I would reconsider before applying. Actually, I would just run if approached by MerchantE!"
