"Interviews are very clear and explanatory. Plan on working and learning a lot. This is a great company that will train you well. It makes you an asset to other companies if you decide to move on. Potential for growth takes a long time, but with determination, hard work, and if no restructuring occurs, it has great potential."
What don't you like about working at Banana Republic?
"The work load becomes too large for one person, and the staff gets downsized while work load increases. There is no appreciation and no personal time."
