"CEO and VP were golden! Job was EXACTLY what they said it would be. You couldn't have more support from a company, and they had GREAT BUSINESS SENSE...double-digit growth for all the years I was there!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Work HARD to get into this company, and though the job is sometimes tough, it is fair and well paid, and it really doesn't get a lot better than this - unless you can land an IBM job!"

What don't you like about working at Mercer Valve?

"Wish I were back there, but the new CEO will not re-hire previous employees, even good ones - a personal concept that once someone leaves, you don't bring them back."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep up the good work."
