"This company promotes unique sales types. Be yourself and bring your own sales experiences to the group."

What don't you like about working at Mercedes-Benz?

"The hardest part about working there is the commission only pay. As a single parent with a one income family, I was unable to wait to build a clientele because without sales there was no salary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only suggestion I would have would be to distribute new customers more evenly among salespeople to allow everyone a chance to build client lists."

"Watch out for wolves in sheep's clothing, particularly those who may conduct the interviews."

"Programs implemented without consideration of the Sales Consultant's income - Negatively effected on several occasions"

"Don't think what is suggested would be taken seriously or considered. Those in charge act as if they have it figured out and couldn't possibly learn from those on the ground."
