Mental Health Partners Employee

"The CEO hired a new Chief Strategy Officer (a clinical psychologist) who is non-technical and does not know how to manage. The CSO took over the entire company to micro-manage all the employees. The CSO is a dreamer and clashed with the Director of IT's ideas of practical technical implementation and budget awareness. Therefore, the CSO eliminated the Director of IT's position. All the employees were in shock and disbelief with this bad decision."
