"There is no telling with the County. Several agencies with in the county interviewed me before I was placed in out patient mental health"

What don't you like about working at County of Tulare?

"Unorganized and understaffed Adult Mental Health clinic was hell. Higher ups expected unobtainable goals to be met, otherwise performance reviews were severely effected. A JOKE!!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on keeping my staff motivated and realize work load mathematically cannot meet set goal requirements."
