"Moral is low due to the loss of the Dana account, and it effects 30-40 people in the office. Those people, including myself have 6 months to either find new employment or wait for redistribution."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The building needs major overhauls, and it would be beneficial for empoyee moral to move to a location where the air / heat work properly."
