"There are good days and bad days. For I.T. the bad days are more than the good. Employees hired are generally bottom of the barrel and need to spoon feed everything. They never seem to be able to troubleshoot and think for themselves. Most have never worked in an office environment before. It falls on IT to get everything done. A very undermanned IT. The entire company's base employee pool has turned over in the last 4 months. No knowledge base is left."
