"The company was great the GM at the time had a drug problem witch made my job very difficult"

"This company was sold but looking for a job don't compermize your ideals for some one else"
What don't you like about working at National Fitness Center?
"When I discovered the GM's problem, and my job became harder and harder to preform I went to Dist.Mang and I quit and she was let go soon after"

"Drug testing should be used in any company in any setting"

What do you like about working at New York Sports Club?
"I challenge myself everyday to make my earnings and to make my day and work environment better everyday."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you like the health and fitness industry and enjoy some flexible time during the day and having a day off in the middle of the week then come on board."
What don't you like about working at New York Sports Club?
"the base is very low and when there are hard times like now the comission which pretty much becomes your bread and butter is very low and then you hate NYSC."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They do not appreciate the stable employees as much as they claim they do."
What do you like about working at LA Fitness?
"I like the sales managers, trainers, and the people who came in to work out."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is best that you are single and don't have kids if you get this job. They only give you one month to prove yourself. If you don't make their quota, you are fired. They pay by a draw system, which is minimum wage. Please make sure that you build a strong rapport with your clients and tell them strictly to ask for you only. You need to enter all for your lead in their system with the complete details. That way you have proof that you have started your lead. The sales workers don't play fair at this job."
What don't you like about working at LA Fitness?
"You only get one day off, and people will steal your sales."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"One month is not enough time for someone to prove themselves, especially if you see that person is driven and loves to sell. I feel you should look at the actions, follow-up, and results of your sales team."
