Sales Assistant

"I've worked for Melissa Shoes for a year now. Very nice co-workers and a laid back environment. A great brand to represent, great office perks such as summer Fridays, lunch every 1st of the month, once a month work from home day, and a lot of free shoes. A huge downside of the company, lack of leadership. There is no transparency for how the company is doing or where it is headed. It is also a small company where there is no room for growth. New grads and anyone who wants experience in fashion, this would be a great place to start."
